Vision
The life of Holy Trinity is shaped by the vision that motivates and inspires us, and by the values we seek to embrace. Let us tell you more about these things...
Our vision is that Holy Trinity will be a community that glorifies God by transforming Leicester and beyond. Two
key words help us to understand what that transformation involves. The focus of that transformation is that firstly we are transformed by the
grace of God shown to us in Jesus and that we grow up in our life and faith into the maturity that Jesus brings to our life. And then we share
that grace with others and seek to see that transformation in the lives of people and the city around us.
As we follow Jesus in every area of our life we will fulfil his mission of reaching the world with his love. Our dream is to see God's
Kingdom come in our lives, and our communities. This is happening as individuals are being transformed by the love and power of God, as
families and local communities are being supported by our various practical ministries and initiatives. We want Holy Trinity to be
characterised by the love and grace shown us by Jesus - we believe it is this that can bring transformation to our lives and those
around us. We believe God brings healing to our lives by his Holy Spirit and by his word and this is an important part of the mission he
has called his church to bring to this world.
