Rev. John McGinley
Vicar

John is married to Bridget and in their family they have two daughters and a mad Springer Spaniel dog. Before being becoming a vicar he worked in Harrods in London managing the sports department and sport is the third passion of his life after God and Bridget! To relax he supports Liverpool Football Club, occasionally watches the Tigers and the Foxes and plays golf.

Associate Minister

Elaine is married to Mark and they have three children all currently in adult education. Elaine has been on the staff of Holy Trinity since 2004. She is passionate about mission and empowering Christians in Kingdom work. She loves to socialise, laugh a lot, eat chocolate and drink tea.

Associate Minister with responsibility for youth & children

Alex has been part of the staff team since 2001, coming from a background in teaching and prior to that Christian youth work. He is married to Anne and they have two children and a cat called penguin. "Holy Trinity is the most loving church family I've been part of and it is my great joy to work here and to be part of what God is doing in Leicester."

Operations Manager

Stephen is responsible for the organisation of church life, and is also Project Manager for the building project. Stephen has a background in computing and is married with Cathy with two young children.

Carl Robinson
Assistant Pastor for mission & discipleship

After having worked as an English teacher for the last nine years Carl joined our staff team in 2011 as Assistant Pastor. He is married to Sarah and they have two young children, a boy and a girl. His interests include running, proper music and reading. He is also rather keen on eating delicious food of almost any type.

Student Worker

Vic is married to Martin and has been the student worker since 2005. Previously she was a student and studied Medical Biochemistry hoping to become a doctor. Fortunately God had other plans for Vic and gave her a passion to see university students lives transformed with the love of Jesus and become an ambassador for Christ in the universities. To relax she enjoys reading, walking, cooking, baking and watching films.

Michael Petrie
Office Manager

Michael joined the Holy Trinity staff team in 2009 after studying Genetics at Leicester University. In his spare time he is an Airsofting enthusiast and an adventurer at heart. "Whilst serving here at Holy Trinity, I've grown a passion and longing to see His church the way it was intended; a loving genuine community, devoted to Him. I am passionate about resourcing and equipping His people to enable this to happen".

Assistant Children, Youth and Schools Worker

Nathan joined the staff team in 2010 and is involved in children's schools and youth work, as well as heading up Questions and making the odd film. Born in Leicester (though not really sounding like it) Nathan has a creative flair and is very excited about what God is doing in this city and is constantly bowled over by the way Christians at HT love one another.

Engage Intern

Laura is involved in children's ministry. She first moved to Leicester to study Fashion Retail Buying at De Montfort University. "Before this, God whisked me off to India for 6 months, where I learnt how not to be a self-obsessed consumerist and have been battling to live with better ethics and understanding for other people ever since I got back. My desire is to invest the truths of his grace in children and young people who are the next generation of his Church".

Olivier felt God's calling to give a year of his life to serving God and to really see how a church works from the inside. "Currently I am discovering more about what God wants me to do and how that will take place. Holy trinity has been a place of growth and transformation for me and I hope it will be for you too."

Samuel Beckingham
Engage Intern

Sam is involved in youth ministry. After studying a year at a Christian music college Samuel felt God calling him to get more involved in a church rather than just playing the drums. Before joining Holy Trinity, Samuel has been involved at Oadby Baptist Church helping the youth work and on Christian camps. He is a big kid at heart and love's to share the joy that God gives him with others.

Homeless Outreach Coordinator

Jenny is an experienced head teacher working part time with the staff team at Holy Trinity. Her main passions are leading the work of Triangle, an outreach ministry to the homeless and vulnerably housed in Leicester. She is also involved in the church office.

Rob Davidson
Church warden

Rob works in the IT industry as a project and office/premises manager although working in Leicester for over 24 years has only lived here for the past four years so we daren't mention which football team he supports! Since 1999 Rob has started and led a Christian school and is currently a Church Warden and Alpha co-ordinator. Rob is married to Christine has three children and four grandchildren with another on the way.

Treasurer

As a professional accountant in private practice, Jane experiences much joy when using her knowledge and skills to benefit the financial aspects of supporting the vision of Holy Trinity. With a busy family life of four grown up children and eight grandchildren, Jane and husband Drew also find time for walking, travelling and their garden in Oadby, with a passion for logging for their wood burner.

Pastoral Team Leader & PCC Secretary

Jenny is married to Dave and they have 2 adult children. They have been members of Holy Trinity since 1987. Jenny works part time as a primary school teacher and enjoys singing with friends at the Lancaster Community Choir.

Worship Team Leader

John and his wife Kerry moved to Leicester in 2009. He oversees The Worship Team. His desire is to encourage the development of the gifts God has given us and help lead the church into deeper places of intimacy and ministry. Cheryl has training and experience in these matters and is appointed as the church's independent person as part of our Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policies.
